Paeds ward. Stand on the weighing scale. "Ok. This is nonsense". Lol. It raises up to 4 kg within a month *shock emoji*. Shut up! It can't be. But, the few times you step up the scale, the result still remained the same. What are you trying to prove? There is a problem with the scale? lololol.

From that particular moment. You understood. Something needs to be started back. My exercise! For 1 month I left it. Busy with my own agendas and short term mission. So... in-solitude with my own spirit. The booster holds it silent for me which is also leaving me drawn under my own temptation. I leave myself alone to hold my spirit. There is she, not preserved properly. Big fat chubby self!

Enough. You shouldn't do that. Down prospect yourself. Stop it.

If you think. Something is wrong with your load on that scale. Do work on it. Reduce it ;) -Ok- Not only it will remove your excessive fat. But also, ensure that you are always healthy and fulfill!
