Diet ikut jenis darah??

DARAH JENIS A :

* Elakkan pengambilan daging merah seperti daging ayam, burung, dan itik. Untuk mula berdiet belajarlah untuk makan ikan beberapa kali seminggu dengan cara ianya direbus mahupun dibakar. Anda DILARANG sama sekali untuk mengambil makanan diproses seperti sosej, daging, burger, bebola daging & sebagainya kerana ia mengandungi nitrat yang boleh menyebabkan kanser perut. Situasi ini lebiih mudah berlaku terutamanya kepada mereka yang mempunyai kadar asid yang rendah dalam perut.

* Hadkan pengambilan makanan laut. Yang penting, JANGAN ambil makanan laut yang lain jika anda telah memakan ikan. Jika makanan ini di campur, ia akan menyebabkan pengeluaran lektin.

* Makanlah kekacang selalu! Mengamalkan pengambilan kekacang akan membekalkan protein yang diperlukan tubuh memandangkan pemilik kumpulan darah ini tidak memperoleh sumber protein mereka dari makanan lain seperti daging.

* Jika anda mengambil sayur-sayuran dalam diet anda, bagus sekali! Walaupun begitu, anda digalakkan mngambil sayur secara mentah. INGAT! ada juga sayur yang harus anda elakkan kerana ia mengandungi lektin seperti tomato, keladi, ubi kentang, dan kubis.

DARAH JENIS B:

* JAUHI makanan laut yang mempunyai cengkerang seperti kerang dan siput kerana ia mengandungi lektin yang mengganggu sistem imunisasi tubuh. Elakkan juga tiram dan ketam.

* Beruntungnya anda mempunyai darah jenis ini kerana kalian boleh menerima semua jenis produk tenusu dan telur. Mahu tahu kenapa? Ini disebabkan kandungan primer gula dalam antigen darah B adalah sama dengan kadar gula dalam susu.

* KALAU BOLEH, gunakan minyak zaitun sahaja untuk memasak kerana ia membantu melancarkan sistem penghadaman. Minyak jenis lain? Tidak berkesanlah!

* ElAKKAN kacang. Ia mengganggu penghasilan insulin dalam tubuh.

DARAH JENIS O :

* Bagusnya berdarah O kerana anda tidak mempunyai masalah untuk menikmati sebarang jenis daging.

* Makanan laut terutamanya ikan juga boleh diambil tanpa sebarang masalah kerana minyak ikan amat baik untuk kesihatan.

* Sumber protein boleh didapati daripada kekacang.

* Pilih sayur berdaun hijau kerana ia kaya dengan vitamin K. Jangan pula kamu lari dari sayuran hijau. Tak elok!

ASB LOAN or ASB SAVINGs??

27th April 2018 Friday So lately I'm so addicted with financial management knowledge. Not because I am so into 'money', but I don't wanna be ignorance anymore especially when those things related to my career. Wise people said, never depend on single income.
