Few days to my 26th birthday. Whuuut?? 26 already? - Should make an effort to stay younger than my age. I supposed.

So hye and greeting to those who had that gut to read my blog. Hee. Thank you for your precious time, consumed by reading my hakapebendealah Najwa wrote here. Plus my English is kinda crawling, not yet standing here. Kih3.
So today, I wanted to share one of our small event in Hanila Cube Shop Bongawan called 'Build Your Own Business_BYOB_' by Linda Tomirin.Organized by my friend Syai. From Selangor she came all the way to Sabah just to share this one knowledge which Sabahan I can see not really aware of. Making money through compunding is no longer rare among us Y gene- I think we are no longer Y gene? Is it? Z? Eh.No no.
But yeah, here we are, talking about it. So, on that day, we've had one small discussion on how people can make money from their own money.Like making money work for you? Have you ever heard that? I hope yeah, you've heard it, so you can be categorized as 'not left behind' people. Hee.

So what this sister Linda Tomirin shared with us? Those differences when you keep your money only in ASB Vs only in CWA. (You may google CWA now)- It is actually one of unit trust in Malaysia. They help to create, protect and preserve wealth.

But what is obvious, in ASB 6-8%, while in CWA, it is 10-15% annually. I put my money in both. Yeah babe, when it comes to investment, never put all in one place. Like if you love someone, never put 100% of you in that person, always have you with you. _Out_of_TOPIC. Kah3

Try your best to be 100% with Him.

So on that day, it is more towards a training session. Because Syai and my sister Lyana are one of the financial advisor CWA. My account is actually under Syai. It is not that I dont wanna involve, but I believe in focus. I cant be in two fields at one time. My focus is on medicine, so that is why I asked my sister to do it. To be a financial advisor in CWA, you must have licence you know. Not cincai.Must have exam and certified by CIMB Bank. Which I think~ Nah..better my sister do it instead of me. So currently, my sister will manage our family's money. Everyone will put their money under her. In shaa Allah in progress.

This is a total investment. Yes, FA being paid for their work, but not as much as our 10-15% compounding effect per year. So it depends on you now. Najwa also one of the investor. What for? keeping your money in a bank account without compounding? Haaa. You can go for saham as well, but yeah, high risk, high return. No problem. As long as you are very good in managing your risk. For CWA, it is manageable risk. And they will tell you which company they'll invest on. Transparent.
