Posting Internal Medicine Teluk Intan :) One word I might use to describe  this place. Hehe. 'Hot'. Keh3. Siap siaga lah dengan kipas lebih sikit, and make sure, jangan lah berpakaian sophisticated sangat ke ward. You'll end up sweating like crazy. Haha. But don't bother if you got internal fan dalam jiwa :) Contohnya zikir-zikir penyejuk hati. Okay. Hambar. Bye. Tapi memang 'panas', and bertabahlah.

Setakat ni, most classes with Dr Kabir. Indeed, I like the way he taught us. Najwa memang suka and sayang dengan orang yang pandai mengajar. Sebab kebolehan buat someone faham apa yang di ajar tu bukan semua orang ada :) Treasure tu. Even me lack in that kind of ability. So Dr Kabir and Dr Rizal adalah antara yang ada that ability. One more... *tidak mengapa, ku simpan yang ini dalam diari* luls. Usah di kenang. 'Eh'. Ke lain.

So part study tu, normal la. Internal Med ni tentang diseases yang perlu banyak intercorrelate dia. Satu symptom, kena pandai relate with the other symptom. Setakat ni, antara case yang menarik, Meningoencephalitis. Symptom:Fever + Seizure. Setelah berpuluh tahun abang ni tiada seizure attack, suddenly, umur 35 dia dapat semula. He said paling last umur 4 tahun. Ini among interesting case la. Yang lain tu, biasa lah, buah pinggang, pernafasan, GIT. 

.

So kami duduk sini 2 minggu, next week ni minggu last la kiranya. And today plus few days back, my friend ajak keluar jalan and keluar makan. Najwa, kalau part jalan, part makan-makan ni, ajak ja! Rarely menolak ;) 


Ni throwback# ngee. ShushiKing. Ma@Fadhilah yang ajak. Katanya teringin. So, yeap. Orang yang kaki jalan, memang pantang di ajak ;) Jom!


They called it 'Menara Condong Teluk Intan'. Dah pernah pegi la pun. Tapi kawan ajak datang malam. Romantic sikit la fefeeling nya tu :) Hee

#RiverFront #TelukIntan. Kami slowly discover this place. But yeap. Hot weather did turn the grass from green to yellow. So ambik la mood summer kalau mau. Ngee. 


Indeed, we end our journey dengan buah-buahan sejuk harini. Sesuai dengan cuaca panas lagi. #Hawaii #Restaurant #Halalan Toyyiban. Hee. Sebab 80-90% , Malay worker. Customer multi-ethnic. Semua orang suka fruit-based food :) And memang terbaek.

So memang dah macam dokumentari makanan dan pelancongan la pulak kan. Ndakpa. Kita rehat-rehat minda. Sebelum ni, sharing tentang benda-benda sepital ja. Certain ndak minat tu. Buring bilangnya. Hehe.

Apa pun. Najwa doa. Semoga semua berbahagia dan melihat yang terbaik melalui tingkap syukur untuk hidup yang di jalani. Kita mungkin tidak bertegur, tidak berjumpa, tidak saling bertanyakan khabar. Najwa kirim kan doa :) Moga kasih sayang Nya ada with you, me and all of us.

21st January 2018 Friday So today, 3 posts in a row xD Because I suddenly got that 'mood' and 'time'. Sunday is an OFF DAY for us one family. Everybody will be stayin' at home. MY KINDA BIRTHDAY 2018

12th February 2018 Monday bluess ~ hehe "YOU DON'T WRITE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SAY SOMETHING, YOU WRITE BECAUSE YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY" - author  Aiwah! I am officially 26 years old 30 minutes ago. Lol. NO NO, I am just 16 years old currently. - Deniable state.  For women, birthday, anniversary, etc are SO SO BIG for them, thus guy, please take note, NEVER EVER forget your girlfriend's birthday date! Keep your phone, mind, facebook, instagram and even your guy friend alert with it! Haha!Or you'll screw everything up. For sure.  . But it will be different if your girlfriend is masculine, which you might not need to take it that heavy. Because they 'think' and 'act' like you. Like a guy! Lol.
