Dermatological disorder in Pregnancy (O&G posting)


Alhamdulillah :) at least satu. Tingkat lagi! Lecture last week. CNY baru-baru ni, terlepas lalu. Hii.

Rupanya orang mengandung ni, kadang hormonal factor boleh menyebabkan kulit berubah. 

Dahsyat. 

.

Selalunya, atopic eczema. Ini memang selalu. Due to immunological changes, so IgE level naik. This one memang 'selalu', kira 1st la untuk penyakit kulit dalam kalangan wanita mengandung. 

Then.

Followed pula dengan PEP or PUPPP (Polymorphic Eruption in Pregnancy or Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques in Pregnancy). 


+ This one selalu associated dengan primiparous, multiple gestation and increase maternal weight gain.
+ Bila bahagian abdomen dah start distended, automatically bahagian tu akan stretch. Somehow, akan damage connective tissue. Yang mana, bahagian non-antigenic akan change pegi antigenic > skin eruption berlaku. (So, basically sbb 'stretch' sangat) 

+ But this one selalu berlaku dekat hujung-hujung pregnancy.

Then, Pruritic folliculitis. 

Yang ni, GP akan salu ingat ianya 'acne'. Sebab bentuk macam acne. Selalu muncul waktu 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Kan? Cam acne.

Okay, yang last ni. Agak extreme -..- Paling xboleh lupa ni nama nya, "Pemphigoid gestationis (herpes gestationis)" 

+ Katanya , autoimmune.

+ Presence of HLA-DR3 and HLA-DR4 dekat badan wanita ni (ndak tau la, if our body pun actually ada benda ni. Nau'dzubillahimindzalik. 

+ Kadang-kadang, dalam tidak mengandung pun boleh dapat, sebab ambik contraceptive and menstrual cycle.

Dan bukan senang menjadi wanita. Wanita di cipta dengan mental yang kuat menahan kesakitan. That's why, role  melahirkan anak Allah beri pada kaum Hawa. 

Ni baru kulit. Belum lain-lain.

21st January 2018 Friday So today, 3 posts in a row xD Because I suddenly got that 'mood' and 'time'. Sunday is an OFF DAY for us one family. Everybody will be stayin' at home. MY KINDA BIRTHDAY 2018

12th February 2018 Monday bluess ~ hehe "YOU DON'T WRITE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SAY SOMETHING, YOU WRITE BECAUSE YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY" - author  Aiwah! I am officially 26 years old 30 minutes ago. Lol. NO NO, I am just 16 years old currently. - Deniable state.  For women, birthday, anniversary, etc are SO SO BIG for them, thus guy, please take note, NEVER EVER forget your girlfriend's birthday date! Keep your phone, mind, facebook, instagram and even your guy friend alert with it! Haha!Or you'll screw everything up. For sure.  . But it will be different if your girlfriend is masculine, which you might not need to take it that heavy. Because they 'think' and 'act' like you. Like a guy! Lol.
